Opportunity came via a recruiter, started with phone interview, then had 1-1 interviews with 2 senior product managers and HR plus an aptitude test looking at margins, pricing and mix for DVDs with a spreadsheet which had a 40 minute duration. The offices were dreadful and it really put me off from the start, interviews were ok but nothing special, HR discussion pointless. Knew I wasn't what they were looking for from the start and to be honest I wouldn't have accepted if offered a role.
