After application, I was sent an extensive list of technical questions to answer. I answered each question and returned the list, to which I was met with a phone interview request. Was passed off between about 3-4 people during the entire process. I was also given an extensive list of behavioral questions to prepare for my phone interview as well as Amazon's Leadership Principles. Personally, I spent numerous days preparing for this interview.
Waited about a week for a phone interview--standard practice. However, the person interviewing missed our first meeting and we rescheduled.

Interview questions in the actual interview absolutely did not match what they gave me to prepare with for beforehand-- they were very difficult behavioral questions, but I had prepared well-thought out answers to another set of behavioral questions they had sent and told me to specifically prepare for. This threw me off and I answered each question the best I could, however, I acknowledge it unfairly made me look unprepared and nervous-- I do not feel like the interviewer received an adequate snapshot of myself as an incumbent at all.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
