Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.

Easy, got hired from campus recruiter, they use STAR method . If you review and study for the interview for about a week you should be able to do well in the interview. Interviewers and people from Amazon are very easy going and not intimidating at all.
