as explained in website it was in 4 phases , interview with 4 different employee Its not to say the questions are harder, or that in person interviews are harder than phone screens. The bar is simply higher and you're speaking with more people. Additionally there is generally at least one very experienced interviewer on the loop who's called a "bar raiser". The intention of the bar raiser is to essentially ensure that every hire raises the average bar of the employee pool (i.e. every hire is better than 50% of the current employees in that level).
