I applied through a recruiter that came to my university to conduct presentations about the Amazon Operations division. The recruiter was extremely helpful and even gave me tips on what I should edit on my resume before applying. I was contacted within 2 weeks about conducting an interview. Both interviews were conducted via webcam, and the interviewers were very insightful about the Area Manager position.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
