Entrevista
There was no interview. Apply online, and their automated system will select you for orientation/background/drug testing. Show up to the appointment on time, and you'll be walked through it and shown a powerpoint about the company, and pick a shift. Differentials are available for the most inconvenient ones that they have trouble filling, but not a whole lot.
I showed up to my day one (which was about two months out from the interview) and ended up in a line of traffic trying to get into the parking lot. There was a young kid (18 or so) wandering around, talking to people in their cars in the line. I was all the way at the back, and ignored.
I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment/shift start. After waiting until 15 minutes AFTER my shift start time to even get my car parked and figure out where I was supposed to go, I gave up and drove away, with images of cattle being herded into a chute in my head. You'd think a company this massive would have a better handle on how to coordinate a mass hiring push prior to their busiest season.
So I got an offer, but I decided the hassle wasn't worth it. I'd much rather stay with my other job, because not only am I paid better there, but I travel out of town semi-frequently and Amazon's holiday blackout period would interfere with that. So, I'd have probably ended up quitting anyway, now that I think about it. Oh well.

No interview. Fill out an application, and at the end, select your start date. Show up to orientation. Be willing to work the shift you selected because they will not let you pick a different shift once you have selected one. You might not get any other opportunities other than what is available.
I was hired in 2018 there was no interview just a series of short tests online and then went in person for a drug test and onboarding. No interview. The drug test was a mouth swab but half the groups got urine tested
They asked about my availability, whether I was able to lift weights up to the required limit, and if I was comfortable with the work location. Can you do it safely.
