Very simple applied online. Then scheduled time to go in for first start date. One of the recruiters called and left a voicemail for me to check my email. In the email was a link for me to accept an offer of employment.
Not that bad, was not hard, they ask you very simple questions as they always hire and rotate out workers, they are looking for people with and without experience,you must take a drug test and will be asked if you're able to work nights and days or either or.

Have you worked a labor intensive job before applying.
there was no interview. The workers just asked for personal information. Then I took a drug test (administered by the mouth), and waited for the next steps for the hiring process.
