The first round was an initial screening with HR, where we discussed my background, career goals, and alignment with the company’s culture. The second round was a behavioral and experience-focused discussion with the team leads and hiring manager, where I shared detailed insights into my previous roles, key projects, and problem-solving approach. The third round was a technical interview that evaluated my domain expertise, practical skills, and ability to apply knowledge to real-world scenarios. After successfully completing all rounds, I was extended a formal offer.
