The interview I attended was for one of Altera’s clients and consisted of the following stages: 1. First Round: Conducted by an Altera manager, this round was focused on technical questions to evaluate my expertise and problem-solving abilities. 2. Second Round: This was also a technical interview, conducted by a panel of three members from the client’s team. It involved in-depth technical discussions and problem-solving scenarios. 3. Final Round: The last round was conducted by the client’s director, which likely focused on assessing my strategic thinking, leadership potential, and cultural fit within their organization. After the interview process, the client released the offer approximately 2–3 weeks later.
