First, I met with the recruiter - he was very responsive and proactively communicated with me throughout the process, and was incredibly transparent. I met with the hiring manager, and 2 other leaders on the team, and then a final quick check in with the hiring manager to answer any questions before the offer was sent. Overall, it was a smooth process.
