I interviewed with a Manager who had been with the company for 8 years or so. He had risen up the ranks starting as an outside sales rep. He actually said," We like to work hard and play hard here." Needless to say, I was not interested in working for someone who would actually articulate their working motto as such. He actually sounded like a moron.

With HR, a simple interview where they told me about the company, salary, benefits and I talked about my professional life.
With the area manager, she told me what she was looking for, how the area is structured and once again I spoke about my professional background.
I did not receive feedback on the completion of the process.
