I got a phone call from recruiter, asking me for my background and knowledge. She scheduled a zoom technical interview with a team leader. The interview went well and 30 mins after the interview the recruiter called and me and told me that I passed the technical interview. She sent me a coding task of building api service. Sent her back few days later, week after submition she called and me and told me that my task submition was not good enought and told me what stuff that I need to work on for. My application ended but it was fun.

First step you have an interview with team leaders, after that you are getting home task, and after that interview with team manager and last stage is with the HR
