I recently went through a phone interview followed by a coding challenge for a position I was very interested in. The interview process was fair and well-structured, allowing me to showcase my skills and experience effectively. The interviewer was knowledgeable and provided clear questions, which made the conversation engaging. After completing the coding challenge, I felt confident about my performance and was hopeful about the next steps. However, I was informed that the company has decided to close the position. While I understand that business needs can change, I was disappointed as I was looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to the team.
