Participated in 2 separate interviews with Agile Defense for a Sr. Solutions Architect position. Both interviews were one-on-one, first with a VP, second was with a different VP. After successfully completing both interviews, Agile requested that a 40hr take home assignment be completed, without pay. That’s right, 40hrs, unpaid. Since both interviews went so well, there were no huge levels of concern in completing the assignment. On the surface this appeared to be a cementing of the deal. From start to finish the interview process was nearly 2 months! Outcome was I did not get the job. I called the recruiter back and asked for the reason they decided not to move forward with my application, they replied with nothing. You read that correct, no answer as to why... After multiple interviews and then asking for an entire week of my personal time, effort and technical expertise they lacked the most basic professionalism to justify their decision with even a single sentence. Ironically, that provoked me to give them another 2 minutes of my time to write this. Be very careful with this company.
