HR and technical interviewer were very friendly, but process takes too long. Specifically firstly one Java test (multiple options questions, develope a small pure Java program, write one postgreSQL query and a small Spring program starting from repository layer), then an interview with technical questions (not about previous test), then an HR interview, subsequently an interview with one of founders of Agile Actors and finally (usually not juniors) an interview with someone from company Agile Actors desires to send you. This test was for junior level, I do not know if it is the same for upper levels.

Entrevista
I went through a two-step interview process that turned out to be a really positive experience.
The first round was an HR interview where we talked about my background, career goals, and a few situational questions — like how I handle conflicts with colleagues and where I see myself in the future. It felt more like an open conversation than a formal interview, which helped me relax and be myself.
The second round was technical and focused on my experience with Spring Boot MVC. I worked together with the interviewer on a debugging task that involved identifying performance issues and fixing some bugs. It was collaborative and practical, and I really appreciated how engaging and hands-on it was.
Overall, both interviewers were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The whole process left me with a very positive impression of the company and its culture — it felt like a place where collaboration and mutual respect really matter.

Entrevista
Initially I received a call from a recruiter to schedule an interview. Then I received a questionnaire asking me to rate my skills in a scale of 1-5 in different skills like Java SE, Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, Maven, git etc based on which the code for the interview would be generated. The interview was pretty positive because it was like a paired code review where you had many opportunities to showcase your understanding. Then there was an interview/discussion with the client they found for me but I didn't like the interviewer (that would be my manager) so I declined.
