Thanks you for the feedback. A number of our interviews incorporate case studies along side a series of behavioral interviews. The goal is presenting a number of opportunities to interact and to formulate a number of perspectives around a candidates unique talents and how they match to a particular role. Regarding the case studies, we are less interested in right or wrong answers and more in seeing how someone processes information, addresses variables and thinks through a particular issue and presents interesting options to a varied set of stakeholders.
