Winthin one day, I spoke with District Sales Manager one on one for interview, which lasted an hour. Job offer received at end of interview. 3 weeks studied for state exam. Contracted as employee after passing state test and background check. Whole process takes about a month to complete. Training commenced immediately before passing state exam.
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
