I arrived 15 minutes early to find out that this was a group interview. The interviewer never showed up. We all waited for 20 minutes and then decided to leave. Wildly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Companies need to say when an interview will be for a group and not spring it on people. Also actually showing up would be nice! They didn’t have the common decency to send out an email saying that they were running late or anything. Radio silence. They were the ones who picked the day and time too! Don’t bother with this scam job.

Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
