Aflac is indiscriminate in their hiring. You'll meet with a Regional Sales Corordinator, watch a ten minute historical video, and take a lame personality test. At the end you will be asked if you want to earn money (duh!) and if you want the freedom to set your own schedule (duh! ... again). If you say yes .... your hired!

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
