The interview process was very straightforward. I was contacted via email to interview for the position. I met the interviewer at a location of their choice.The process was pretty routine. I told them about myself and they told me about the job and what it entailed. My qualifications were already known to my interviewer as they had previously come across my resume online prior to contacting me. I received a job offer shortly after but declined because I did not think it was a good fit.

What is your greatest challenge at your current job?
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.

Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
