Very laid back and positive. Showed presentation of why you should work there in a group interview. You can then schedule a individual interview if you want to advance forward.

Interview was extremely easy, interviewer was very nice, conversational in tone, it wasn't hard at all. The first part was a slide show / interview by the Regional manager and the second/final interview was ran by the DM for the area
