Group interview that's full of over-promising and gloating about how much money they make. Feels like a pyramid/mlm situation which was very off putting even though its supposed to be supplemental insurance not a typical burnout ridden mlm life company. Unfortunately the interview process was just full of reasons to not trust them given the group process and the follow-ups where they don't give any specifics about the role or how much you will realistically be making (next to nothing for a long time).
Basically no interview at all. Just wanted to know if I was on board with a commission only position. Maybe would have involved more questioning on their end if I didn’t have as much professional experience as I do.
Very comfortable. Met with two ladies who were very welcoming and professional. Typical interview questions for this type of job: Scenarios, Tell me about yourself and experience with difficult situations.
Was asked multiple questions by two different recruiters. Ask me only to give answers and not to continue explaining myself after answers. They were kind but it felt a little awkward at times.
