Entrevista
The round one interview was the regional sales coordinator giving a presentation on the products and on the job itself to a group of 10 or so prospective agents. He then answered questions, and based on our resumes and how we interacted with each other and spoke during that process, he either did or did not give us a call for a second interview. Second interview is one on one, with specific questions - not the behavioral "Tell me about a time when..." type.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
