The first "interview" was not an interview. It was a group of us in a room with the main guy and he just explained the business of Aflac, the positions available, etc. It was basically an informational meeting and if we felt like we were interested after that then we had the opportunity to set up an interview one on one.

Very laidback and easy going interview. No second rounds. Got the job after
It was a very simple interview, didn’t ask many questions honestly. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. You will be all set with this interview!

They were not honest about what the job involved, turned out to be a sales position, not finance. This was not a good company to grow your career as a young student.
