Standard interiew was recommended for interview by regional manager. The hiring process at AFLAC is pretty much a foregone process. If you are willing to apply yourself and are presentable, you will be hired. The organisation is based on networking. The goal is establish as many associates under your umbrella as possible, thereby ensuring yourself a portion of each associate's commission. Not a difficult hire.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
