I applied and received an email with an interview time less than half an hour later. I showed up the next day to what was less like an interview and more of a group sales pitch. They want you to be an independent contractor, so you don’t get benefits, and your pay is strictly commission. Oh and you have to put out over $500 of your own money to get an insurance license. Total B.S.

The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
