Informal, first interview was a group interview with Trevor Fennel (cool manager, one of the sole people there who is extremely sharp and goal oriented). It was more like a classroom, him going over the main kind of insurance which is sold (supplemental) and how we can help employees. He was very good at conveying exactly what we need to get across to people we sell to asap

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
