Met in university career fair. They called for the first interview after two weeks. That interview was about knowing each other. The CEO seemed polite. Then got call for second interview. The interview was very short. They didn't mention anything about the pay ever. So after the interview I asked about job description and compensation policy. But they didn't reply. Instead, they stopped communicating. After waiting for a month I called them and ask about the hiring status. They said they can't sponsor my internship (!!!) even we discussed about the internship in details in both interview.
