I received a call in the morning from an Amanda (I believe is her name). She began asking me questions right away, this wasn’t a scheduled interview nor did she ask if I was available to answer some questions. Usually I have no issue speaking with recruiters out of the blue, but that particular morning I didn’t have a voice as I was sick and my baby wouldn’t stop crying. I asked Amanda if we could please reschedule and she agreed but I could tell from her voice she was annoyed. I called and emailed her several times to reschedule and she never responded. I reached out to her within a day of the call. So I never got the chance to interview.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
