The recruiter that contacted me was very friendly and attentive. She was very upfront about the available roles and extremely informative. I also appreciated her prompt response times. Although none of the positions matched my salary requirements, I would definitely seek the help of Aerotek again.

Phone interview consisting of basic loaded questions in which you must answer precisely how they want you to or it will reflect negatively. Must fit within their specific culture behaviors or they will not consider you. Different ways to approach a problem with the same if not better outcome is not what they are looking for.

Normal questions like tell me about yourself, educational background, basic skills, etc.

They also come back visit you after you start working in the new position for a couple months.

It was lengthy, but thorough. They made sure they were very transparent in the interview process. They provide very explicit instructions and guidance. They were friendly but assertive, and made sure they were clear about the current COVID situation.

Applied through LinkedIn, Was contacted immediately by a Corporate internal recruiter. Because of the holidays, about a month went by before setting up an initial phone conversation. 1st call- with recruiter, went over resume, basic information. 2nd call- same recruiter, set up a time for an interview with Director of Market Operations. 3rd interview- with Director through Webex video, very very friendly, initially said to "shake the nerves, just wanted to get to know the most authentic me, not to answer with perfect cookie cutter answers", asked A TON of behavioral/tell me a time when questions. Unfortunately for me another candidate was given an offer, but it truly was a pleasure to get to know this company and connect with my recruiter. Will be circling back in the future for any openings!

I Did the interview through a video call, it was pretty straight forward, she just asked a few questions about my self and I got offered the job on the spot. Not sure if other people had the same experience as I did.

several rounds of screeners with different team members and then half day callback with the office that you will work with. Callback is 10-20 minute interviews with different people in the office.

The person at this agency was thorough and detailed, the interviewer was very attentive to my wants and desires. Feedback was regularly offered and tips and suggestions were offered. Very valuable and highly recommended!

After filling out the application I was contacted by a recruiter who was very nice and seemed very eager to fulfill this position with my employment without being awkward but straightforward and professional. This was over the phone and when I got to the office for a face-to-face interview first time meeting my recruiter it was another great experience that included a pleasant atmosphere in a professional business setting. It made me feel like I was really getting somewhere. From there either you are or not recommended to interview with the employer that the staffing company will facilitate your employment with. Before the interview part of the things you and your recruiter talk about are the strongest points that will fill the needs of the employer and highlights to get their attention to focus on. There is no doubt that Aerotech wants you to be ready going to the interview so they help you as much as you can and that way you feel comfortable going and you can make the employer comfortable as well. Working with Aerotech is likely going to result in you getting a job as long as you have the right frame of mind that you were serious and our professional because the effort you put in is what you will get out this is contract-based stuff and you must read your contract. Other than that when you’re making money they’re making money so fear not the interview process of Aerotek. It may take a couple weeks maybe longer but other than that I highly recommend Aerotek and their interview process it’s something that I strongly approve of.
