The interview process included 4 stages:
#1 Interview internal recruiter over the phone
#2 Interview with the Director of Business operation in person
#3 Interview with two Account Managers from 2 different division
#4 On site Job shadow
Follow the STAR format which was warned by the internal recruiter and you should do great. Although I did poorly, I was able to stick with a great attitude and really showed my personality and sharing more facts about myself which led them to liking me.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
