Interview process is smooth with quick responses from HR. Technical round is the toughest one where the panel was really big. But they will keep you comfortable. For me there were 5 or more people and was interviewed by client's core team themselves, it was more a technofunctional role they were expecting out of me. My interview lasted over 50minutes and was interviewed in US working hours (10pm IST). Their expectation was to filter me based on my skills and user handling capabilities as I'm required to work directly with the user. Best part was HR round was the first one where they clearly set the expectation for salary and othere benefits and mentioned this is the best we can offer, and they would proceed further only if i was fine with the benefits, to save our time.
