The interview process was quite seamless. It was not tense, and the interviewers made the environment welcoming. However, the initial phase which involved reasoning / LSAT questions may pose some difficulties, but ultimately, they could be easily aced.

2- 3 interview stages. Initial stage is an LSAT like exam, then if you pass this exam, you move to the second stage which is 1 or 2 oral interviews with a partner or partners.

I interviewed with the Firm circa 2016 when I was seeking a job placement after my NYSC program. The Firm was prompt in responding to my application; their practice manager then--Olusegun Falola--was very professional and responsive. However, the tests we were given was LSAT and I believe that LSAT has no bearing whatsoever on an application for the position of counsel in a law firm. Those who pass the exams are usually those who studied very hard for the LSAT or crammed answers and it has nothing to bear upon an applicant's job. They really need to review their interview process. Asides that, OK Firm overall.
