I was contacted first by a recruiter whom I had to meet with and go over my skills and career goals. My information was then presented to ANS and I was asked to participate in a 30 minute phones screen interview. After the phone screen, I was brought in for a face to face interview with several staff members. The last step was to come back for a technical interview with the companies technical leads.
