She first called me on my cell to set the interview for the upcoming week, then at the interview it took only around 45 minutos, typical interview question. Nothis extremely hard out of anybodies reach. it only took one day for me to interview with her and then i started the job.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
