Straightforward document check and drugs test. Filled in a load of application forms and had a quick chat about my CV and previous work experience. Took 3 hours to do all the stages but wasn't remotely difficult.

My interview was a casual conversation with a senior member of the team, felt very comfortable and at ease. Overheard some other interviewers asking more strenuous questions, suggesting inconsistency. Overall was easy, no need to be worried about it.

Was a group interview explaining the role and what needs to be done and then a quick one to one interview. It was a very relaxed experience and was not a formal interview in the end.
