Applied online and received an email back fairly shortly, within the day or the next. There were two interviews. Both require business casual attire and were group interviews. The first interview was fairly informal. It was mostly to collect required information and documents. In addition, some information was given regarding the company and Cirque du Soleil. The second interview was focused on providing information about the job placement with Cirque du Soleil. Requirements and expectations were clearly stated. Also, more detailed information about the show was discussed. There was time for questions about the assignment and we were asked some simple questions. After a week an email was sent out confirming whether you were hired.
