After the first call with the consultant, a video interview was scheduled to review my CV, experience, and salary expectations. At the end of the meeting, the consultant told me they would get back to me within approximately one week. After that, I followed up several times to understand the status of the process, but I never received any response. Not even a simple update saying they had moved forward with another candidate or that the company was no longer interested. Very disappointing communication and overall experience.
