Three rounds of interviews. All three interviewers are clueless about there focus in AI & data science. The company funded by university/ college of same name from kolkata.
1. No clarity among what is the focus, interview is more like a casual talk about what I have done in sales and eventually boils down to if I can bring in clients for them.
2. There is absolutely no structure or no sales team present at all, just randomly interviewing senior candidates to bang on buck.
3. My resume had US based experience and they were seeking clients from Indian markets. First two interviewers were decent, but the last interview with was worst as he was late and then completely clueless about my resume.
Prospective candidates please think before spending your valuable time getting interviewed by them. Frankly speaking they don't even a JD to discuss with candidates, the position is that open without any goals.
