For Freshers, the interviewer mainly tests his problem solving skills, logical and reasoning skills, communication skills and some basic programming concepts. Need not be an expert in coding to crack the interview. If we solve the aptitude right and have very good communication skills, you'll be in. They will train you on the technologies once you are in.

The recruitment process consisted of four rounds. The first round was an aptitude test which was a bit difficult and focused on logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Candidates who cleared this round moved to the second round, which was a group discussion where communication, confidence, and teamwork were evaluated. The third round was an interview where interviewers asked candidates to explain or solve questions from the aptitude test to understand the thinking process behind their answers, and a wrong move could lead to rejection. The fourth round was another interview where the interviewer presented four puzzles and asked the team to choose one puzzle and explain why they chose it. Even though the interviewer may say to solve the puzzle, in reality the main intention is not to see the solution but to check whether the team can stick to their decision and reasoning. The interviewer may try to manipulate, challenge, or confuse the team by asking questions like why you chose that puzzle and why not the others. The key is to discuss with your team, choose one puzzle, structure your reasoning clearly, and confidently stick to that decision until the end.
