Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. El proceso duró 6 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Activision Blizzard (Irvine, CA)
Entrevista
The interview process was a bit much. It dragged on for 5 months. People were nice enough. Gave the job to someone who they got through the process in 2 weeks. They kept adding people into the process. Most companies have a group of people youre up against in the panel at the same time but here they just keep adding people into the process.
The whole process was drawn out over 3 months or so. Overall everyone was pleasant, mostly culture checking.
It did feel like they were feeling out shared passions and were looking for someone who loved their Activision/Blizzard products.

Process was about 5 weeks. Recruiter email > Recruiter Call > Direct Report Call > Zoom Panel (3 or 4 groups throughout the day including the team you would be on) > Waited a week or so, recruiter reached out on a Friday, said let's talk Monday (they could have told me then...) but I didn't get It. Be yourself. It was what got me to the end. It wasn't meant to be for me but I still believe it would have been a great fit and the people were fun. It was a very exciting process - looking back I spent too much time researching/reminding myself on the actual game I was going to be a part of. Of course it helps, but wasn't the main focus. Don't be afraid to reapply, it's not easy to get into a company with such a cool culture.
