Phone Interview, followed by face-to-face, Questions asked regarding technologies and experience in previous jobs. Managers that interview are non-technical, so you might be able to blag your way through the process. Both team leaders that hired me have now left the company.
The interview questions that were written are old, and written for someone who doesn't understand some of the major tech and the processes.
In all, they were quite polite, and nice. however, the real deal of the job is masked until you actually sit down and do it. Managers and team leaders are simply there to talk to the customer, while the real work is done by the techs. Yet we never get recognition for this.
