The most low standard startup (MistEO) ever run by few group of typical crap bunch in kerela what they call as their own this country. They employ people in name Accubits and later on back away when things go wrong. HR is poorly managed and take no responsibility in employee issues. HR remains so laid back that these few crap people do what EVER crap they like and unable to handle company matters professionally. Basically there is one pathetic guy who is driver cum ceo who makes decisions as he likes. if you want to work as kerelites slaves go join them else steer clear as you would from viruses. So cheap people. here who asks money from employees for his personal expenses. And even after employee leaves can't afford to pay their salaries and money borrowed from them. They will just play with outsiders to get money from large corporates. They don't have any team in place rather accumulated few bunch of crap local trivandrum interns to pretend like it is a company. ceo runs company as if he is running a family shop. No professional approach followed or any respect for outsiders who join. The team is even full of local dumbos who knows nothing about human advancement. so backward society with stupid conventional thoughts. Don't ever think of joining. waste of your precious life surviving in Trivandrum under these bunch of young ill mannered guys.
