I got a call from a recruiter about a position for entry-level graduates with 0-2 years experience. I have had already 1 year of programming experience and graduated May 2010. He initially screened me for some questions about my experience and knowledge/skills. Then he forwarded that information to the main recruiter for Accenture, where i had my initial screening interview. After that, I had passed that and received a Skills Test interview. Asking basic Java questions, including Polymorphism, Classes, Inheritance, etc. I had recieved a situational interview after that and that just asked some questions about your experiences and how you have handled them. This interview was a different kind in that the interviewer wants to her the whole story/experience of what she asks (about 20-30 minutes each question). I had received a phone call about 1 day later and they gave me my final interviewer with the boss i'll working for. That interview was to get to you know on a personal level and see how you interact with people, etc. They called me the next day for an offer for the position, which i gladly accepted.
