First you have to pass four tests. You start with a cognitive/ logical test which has 40 multiple questions. Then you have to choose two programming languages to proceed with another two tests plus an SQL test which is mandatory. They give you the ability to pick the the languages you prefer among Java, C++ , C# .NET, Cobol and C. SQL is a little tricky and has some questions for PL SQL also. C it was very easy, C# .NET, was a little more difficult than C Then the second part it was the interview process, which was very simple with classic HR questions and mostly questions about your background. After that there was a presentation of the company and the benefits the provide to their employees.
