Initial Screening (Phone/Video Interview) Duration: 30-60 minutes Mode: Phone or Video (could be conducted via platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams) Focus: Basic understanding of your resume, experience, and technical background. Questions regarding your skills in .NET development, including familiarity with frameworks, tools, and methodologies. You may be asked about your past projects, challenges you faced, and how you solved them. Behavioral questions may also come up, like how you collaborate with team members or resolve conflicts. 2. Technical Interview (Online/Video or In-Person) Duration: 1-2 hours Mode: Can be remote (via video) or in person (if possible). Focus: Core .NET Knowledge: Questions on C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, MVC, etc. Design Patterns: You may be asked to explain design patterns like Singleton, Factory, or Dependency Injection.       They conducted two rounds of interviews. The first round was technical, and the second (final) round was managerial. I attended both interviews and cleared them. After that, they sent me another email inviting me to attend the first round again, i.e., a skill interview. I sent a polite email asking whether the message was sent by mistake or if I was required to attend another interview. After that, they sent me a rejection email.
