I had 3 different interview during the process, the firsr one was with the HR in 15 minutes about myself and about my experiences, the second one was a technical one with a developer, and the third one was with the project manager.
The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
