I successfully cleared all rounds of the interview process, investing significant time and effort, only to find out later that the company changed its plans regarding the role. It was a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience, especially coming from such a well-known and reputed organization. This has left me questioning their approach to candidate engagement and respect for the effort candidates put into the process.
The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
