First 2 rounds focus on Case studies and last round is more around cultural fit. Case studies revolved around my experience - Supply chain. So, one can expect case studies from their area of expertise.

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
