For the worst HR and customer support team in IT industry the award goes to Accenture.
Cleared my 1st round 3 months back, i was informed that 2nd round is being scheduled now.
I kept waiting, the HR team never answered my calls and the customer support team always kept changing the reason like the interview panel is not available, there is no slot available right now, you will get the call this/next week, we are escaling your complaint.
I have withdrawn my application now as i hold several better offers.
The average wait time to connect with a support agent is approximately 30 minutes.

The interviewer bypassed definition-based questions entirely, instead posing complex, real-time scenarios—such as designing user sharing models, configuring custom LWR templates, or troubleshooting license limitations—to evaluate actual project experience and implementation expertise.
